Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody for more than a year. Charge-sheet has already been submitted, but there has been no progress in the case. Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the person who has been granted bail in this case only on the basis of statement of co-accused and there has been no recovery from the said accused. So far as the present petitioner is concerned, there has been recovery from him. Having considered the contraband seized in the present case which is 50.300 kgs. of Ganja, I am not inclined to release the present petitioner on bail at this stage. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. 2 Memo of Evidence submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The application for bail, being CRM (NDPS) 1353 of 2026, is, thus, dismissed. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
