Counsel, therefore, submits that the captioned Writ Petition may be disposed of in terms of the order passed in W.P.No.18131/2025 disposed of on 22.09.2025. The captioned Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by the coordinate bench of this Court in W.P.No.18131/2025 disposed of on 22.09.2025. 5. A Writ of Certiorari is ordered. The Memorandum dated:24.06.2026 vide Annexure-B is quashed. The petitioner is entitled to continue in employment under respondent - Board till he attains the age of superannuation of 60 years subject to all the Rules and Regulations applicable to the employment of the petitioner.
