Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for the respondents has *led compliance a+davit in the Court and also produced o+ce order dated 17.03.2026. The same are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the compliance a+davit and o+ce order dated 17.03.2026 reveals that the mandate contained in the judgment dated 07.01.2019 passed by erstwhile H.P. State 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No.1369 of 2018, titled, Bhag Singh Bhatia vs. Executive Director (Personnel) HPSEBL and another, has been complied with and the petitioner has been granted all service related bene*ts as admissible to him including pay *xation, leave encashment and pensionary bene*ts for the period w.e.f. 01.03.2018 to 04.11.2019 along with all consequential bene*ts accruing to him as a Person with Disability (PwD). 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed has duly been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present proceedings and the same are closed. However, it is made clear that in case, the bene*ts are not released in favour of the petitioner within a period of two months from today, as per o+ce order dated 17.03.2026, passed by the respondent-Board, the petitioner shall be at liberty to seek revival of the present execution petition. 3 4.
