Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Bashisht Nagar P.S. Case No. 30 of 2019. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier dismissed as withdrawn in B.A. No.8281 of 2025. It has been alleged that from the house of the petitioner, five (05) bags of poppy straw were recovered. One of the co-accused namely Jago Ganjhu has been granted bail in B.A. No. 11974 of 2019. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedents as stated by learned counsel for the petitioner and he is in custody since 21.04.2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the fact that one of the co-accused has been granted bail as noted above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, NDPS Cases, Chatra in connection with Bashisht Nagar P.S.
