Accused No.6 in Crime No.57/2026 registered by Konanakunte Police Station, Bengaluru for offences punishable under Sections 316(1), 318(2), 61(2), 336(3) of BNS, 2023 is before this Court in this petition filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 seeking anticipatory bail. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned HCGP for the respondent. 3. FIR in Crime No.57/2026 was registered by Konanakunte Police Station, Bangalore for the aforesaid - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010473502026 NC: 2026:KHC:36802 CRL.P No. 10244 of 2026 offences against Rakesh and others, based on the first information dated 21.02.2026 received from Kumaresh, authorized officer of financing company M/s. Repco Home Finance Ltd. Apprehending the arrest in the said case petitioner had filed Crl.Misc. No. 3205/2026 before the jurisdictional Sessions Court which was rejected on 23.04.2026. Therefore, petitioner is before this Court. 4. It is brought to the notice of this Court that accused Nos. 3 and 4 have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.P.No.6412/2026 disposed of on 22.06.2026 and accused No.8 has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.P.No.6297/2026 disposed of on 01.07.2026. Petitioner is a practicing advocate who has given his opinion based on the documents that were submitted to him by the Manager of the Company. In Crl.P.No.6297/2026 the Manager of the Company has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court. Considering the nature of allegations found in the FIR, the - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010473502026 NC: 2026:KHC:36802 CRL.P No. 10244 of 2026 prayer made by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail needs to be answered affirmatively subject to appropriate conditions. Accordingly, the following: ORDER The Criminal Petition is allowed. The respondent - Police or any other police in the State of Karnataka are directed to release the petitioner in the event of his arrest in Crime No.57/2026 registered by Konanakunte Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 316(1), 318(2), 336(3) and 61(2) of BNS, 2023, subject to the following conditions: 1. The Petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer within 15 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties for the likesum to the satisfaction of the investigating officer. 2.
