JUSTICE D K SINGH) The present review petition has been filed seeking review of the judgment and order dated 17.02.2026 passed by this court in Original Side Appeal No.19/2015. Against the said judgment and order passed by us, the review petitioner had approached the Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition(Civil) Nos.8153-8154/2026 and the Supreme Court vide order dated 26.02.2026 dismissed the Special Leave petition. 2. After the Supreme Court dismissed the Special Leave petition, the review petitioner/respondent has come before us in the present review petition. - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010406072026 NC: 2026:KHC:36878-DB RP No. 329 of 2026 3. Heard Mr. K. G. Raghavan, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri. C. Raghuram Cadambi, appearing for the review petitioner. 4. The main contention of Sri. K.G. Raghavan, learned Senior Counsel is that the learned Single Judge has dismissed the application filed by the Appellant i.e., the Official liquidator on the ground of limitation and this Court ought not have to gone into the merits of the case, for which, he has placed reliance on two judgments of the Supreme Court in the case of Divya Exports v. Shalimar Video Company and Others reported in (2014) 16 SCC 194 and Dwarka Nath Prasad Atal v. Ram Rati Devi reported in (1980) 1 SCC 17. 5. We find no substance in the said submission, inasmuch as, the arguments were heard in detail, not only on limitation, but also on merit and even written submissions were filed. Having considered the submissions in detail as well as the written submissions, we have decided the issue comprehensively and we find no error apparent on the face of record, which requires review of the judgment and order, - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010406072026 NC: 2026:KHC:36878-DB RP No. 329 of 2026 against which, the Special Leave petition has been dismissed.
