Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.3- Superintendent of Police, Sirsa, District Sirsa to look into his representation and take appropriate steps at the earliest. 3. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3- Superintendent of Police, Sirsa, District Sirsa to consider and decide the representation representation dated 04.07.2026 (Annexure P-4) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
