A perusal of the same reveals that, after completion of the investigation, charge-sheet was submitted before the competent Court on 6th of September, 2026. 02. In the Status Report, there is no complaint made by the Investigating Officer that the petitioner, at any point of time, violated the conditions imposed by this Court at the time of grant of bail. 03. Accordingly, order dated 7th of August, 2026, passed by this Court, is made absolute on the same terms and conditions. 04.
