Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had applied for Stage Carriage Permit on 20th February, 2026 and till date there has been no response from the authorities despite a notice dated 2nd July, 2026. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that after application there has been no board meeting. Learned counsel on instruction undertakes that application of the petitioner shall be placed in the next Board meeting for consideration and appropriate decision. 4. Learned counsel submits that though he cannot give timeline, it is expected that the Board meeting shall be held shortly. The court expects that the Board meeting should be held within one month and the order shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week of such decision. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of such directions he does not want to pursue the petition further. 6. This petition is disposed of. 7.
