1. Heard. 2. This petition has been preferred by petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs:-

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to the respondent No.4/Sub Divisional Officer (R)- cum-Land Acquisition Officer Champa District Janjgir-Champa, Chhattisgarh to comply with the provisions contained under Section 41(6) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act of 2013”) and to pass an appropriate order while granting 1/3rd of the total compensation, as it has been possessed on 01.11.2011. He further submits that he has filed an representation/application in this regard before the authorities concerned on 16.07.2026, therefore, the authorities concerned may be directed to decide the same in accordance with law. 4. Learned counsel for the State submits that they will consider the representation/application of the petitioner and if the petitioner is entitled for compensation as per Section 41(6) of the Act, 2013, they will pass an appropriate order by granting compensation to the petitioner in accordance with law within the stipulated period. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 6.
Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.4/Sub Divisional Officer (R)-cum-Land Acquisition Officer Champa District Janjgir-Champa, Chhattisgarh to consider the representation/application of the petitioner and decide the same within a period of four weeks from today, in accordance with law. 7.
