This petition has been preferred by petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 Hon’ble Court may be pleased to call for the entire record pertaining to the case of the petitioner. 10.2 Hon’ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to act on the complaint of petitioner and conclude the inquiry regarding illegal plotting pending in Case No.PMOPG/D/2025/0194226 before the respondent No.6 by issuance of writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions. 10.3 Pass any other order or direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” DEEPTI JHA Digitally signed by DEEPTI JHA 2 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition has been filed for the direction to the respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) Surajpur, District Surajpur (C.G.) to conclude the Case No. PMOPG/D/2025/0194226 pending before the respondent No.3 within some stipulated period, as the complaint has been made in respect of the illegal plotting by the several land mafias as per the petitioner. Therefore, a direction may be issued to the respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) Surajpur, District Surajpur (C.G.) to conclude the same. 4. Learned counsel for the State submits that if the proceedings have initiated, the same shall be concluded within some stipulated period. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 6. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter and from perusal of some of the order sheets, it appears that some proceedings are pending before the respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) Surajpur, District Surajpur (C.G.), without commenting anything on merits, this writ petition is disposed of, directing petitioner to approach before the respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) Surajpur, District Surajpur (C.G.) by filing an application for disposal of the aforesaid case along with the copy of this order and in turn respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) Surajpur, District Surajpur (C.G.) is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner and to pass an appropriate order within a period of 60 days, subject to the verification of the proceedings of the aforesaid case are pending before it or not. 7.
