The petitioners claim parity with the accused Smt. Durga Sarkar, who was released on bail by an order passed on February 19, 2026. 3. Parity claim by the petitioner is not disputed by the State. 4. In such circumstances and on the ground of parity, the petitioners be released on bail. 5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is allowed. 6.
