This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 r/w. Article 215 of the Constitution of India alleging non-compliance of the order dated 02.01.2018 passed by this Court in WP(S) No. 2565/2009. 2. Learned counsel for the Respondent No. 2 submits that in compliance of the order dated 02.01.2018 passed in WP(S) No. 2565/2009, letters have been sent on the address of the petitioner therein. However, the letter sent to the petitioner returned unserved and thereafter, one letter was also sent to the counsel for petitioner on 19.06.2018. In that letter also, it is specifically mentioned that the letter sent to the petitioner in the writ petition returned twice. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the original petitioner who was the employee of the Respondents No. 1 & 3 died and therefore, he is to be substituted by the legal representatives. He contended that according to his instructions, now, the address of the Applicants/Petitioner no. 1 (a) and 1 (b) have changed their address to Near Check Post, Balco Nagar, Korba, District – Korba of the Respondents No. 1 (a) and 1 (b). He also submits that he will provide the mobile number to the counsel for the respondents also, so that the correspondance to be made by the Respondents is received by the Respondents No. 1 (a) and 1 (b). 4. Learned counsel for the respective respondents submit that they have received the new and correct address as also, the mobile number of the Respondents No. 1 (a) and 1 (b). 5. In the aforementioned facts of the case, this contempt petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 2 to send letter to the Respondent No. 1 (a) for his appearance in the office of the Respondent No. 2 at Raipur as 3 ordered in WP(S) No. 2565/2009 providing opportunity of hearing and verification of the GPF account of the deceased employee late Shri S.R. Shriwas (Supervisor) fixing the date and time for their appearance. Learned counsel for the Respondents No. 1 & 3 is also directed to send the records of the GPF account of the deceased employee maintained at their office within a period of 03 weeks from today. 6. Let the above exercise be completed within a period of 03 months from today. For the forgoing observation and direction, the contempt proceedings initiated against the respondents is dropped.
