The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; a. Issue any appropriate order or direction or a writ of mandamus to direct the R2 to R4 to consider the representations of petitioner’s committee dated 10.7.2026 by permitting the petitioners to celebrate the festival of the Gandha Pragram of Hajrath Syed Qalandar Shah Hussaini Darga, B.H.Road, Banavara Gavi to be held on 18.07.2026 and 19.07.2026, Annexure-C,D and E in the interest of justice and equity. b. Learned AGA files a memo enclosing a letter dated 13.07.2026 issued by the District Waqf Officer, Hassan. She submits that the No Objection issued by the District Waqf Officer has been withdrawn, and it is for that reason that the respondents are unable to process the petitioner's request. 5. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the above petition, with liberty to challenge the letter dated 13.07.2026. 6.
