The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to fix the pension of the petitioner and to release all the retiral dues including gratuity, leave encashment and other consequential monetary benefits. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for both the parties would jointly and fairly submit that the similar issue as involved in the present writ petition has already been considered and decided by this Court vide order dated 31.05.2024 passed in WPS No. 1453 of 2021 (Suresh Kumar Srivastava vs. The State of Chhattisgarh & Others) and other connected matters. 3. Learned State counsel further submits that since the facts and issue involved in the present case is identical to that of WPS No. 1453 of 2021 and other connected matters, this petition may also be decided in the same terms, subject to verification of the claim of the petitioner. 4. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and having gone through the materials available on record, it is evident that the facts and issue involved in this 3 petition is identical to WPS No. 1453 of 2021 and other connected matters, this Court deems it appropriate not to take a view other than what has been taken in the aforesaid writ petitions. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is allowed in terms of the order dated 31.05.2024 passed in WPS No. 1453 of 2021 and other connected matters.
