On perusal of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, we are of the view that such relief cannot be granted. If at all the petitioner has any grievance, he can make objection to the authorities where if any application is pending for grant of licence. We do not find any merits in this writ petition. 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
