At the very outset, leaned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of grievance the petitioner may be allowed to make representation before the concerned respondents and same may be directed to be decided within a reasonable time in light of Annexure-P/1. 2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh SAIFAN KHAN Digitally signed by SAIFAN KHAN 2 representation before the concerned respondent/competent authority for redressal of their grievance supported by relevant documents along with copy of this order within a period of 02 weeks from today, which, in turn, shall be considered and decided by the concerned respondent/competent authority within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of said representation in light of Annexure-P/01 in accordance with law by passing reasoned and speaking order. 3.
