Transfer the petitioner to any Family Court in the District Udham Singh Nagar. II. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Presiding Officer, Principal Judge Family Court Udham Singh Nagar to treat the petitioner on duty till date and release his salary for the same.” (3) Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the first prayer, therefore the first prayer may be permitted to be deleted. As regards the second prayer, learned Counsel submits that petitioner be permitted to make representation regarding payment of unpaid salary and the competent authority be asked to take decision thereupon. (4) Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation regarding unpaid salary to Presiding Officer, Family Court, Rudrapur. If he makes representation within two weeks from today, Principal Judge concerned shall examine the issue and pass appropriate order, as per law, within six weeks thereafter.
