The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 37 days in filing the appeal against the award, dated 03.02.2025 made in M.C.O.P.No.1273 of 2021 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special District Court, Madurai. 2.Despite receipt of Court notice, the third respondent has not turned up. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 and also perused the records. 4. Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.
