Zarenthung Ezung, IAS, Principal Secretary to Page No.# 2/2 the Government of Nagaland as respondent no. 7 in Civil Original Petition (Contempt) No. 5/2024. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the respondent no. 4, who was the then Principal Secretary to the Government of Nagaland, PHED, Nagaland, Kohima has been transferred during the pendency of Civil Original Petition (Contempt) No. 5/2024, and since then Shri. Zarenthung Ezung, IAS has taken charge of the said Department. Accordingly, it has become necessary to implead Shri. Zarenthung Ezung, IAS, Principal Secretary to the Government of Nagaland as respondent no. 7 in Civil Original Petition (Contempt) No. 5/2024. This Court has considered the prayer of the applicant and the same is allowed. The applicant shall file the amended cause title showing Shri. Zarenthung Ezung, IAS, Principal Secretary to the Government of Nagaland as the respondent no. 7 in Civil Original Petition (Contempt) No. 5/2024 within 1 (one) week from today, and thereafter, take steps for service of notice upon the newly impleaded respondent within 3 (three) working days.
