It appears from the record that the instant CRMP suffers from various defects, as pointed out by the Registry, which have not been cured to date. 3. Perusal of the order-sheet dated 15.06.2023 shows that counsel for the petitioners prayed for, and was granted, two weeks’ time to cure the defects before the learned Single Judge; however, the defects remain unaddressed. It further transpires from the order- sheets that the matter was listed twice before the learned Single Judge, yet the defects have not been rectified. 4. Mr. Sourabh Sahu, learned State counsel, submits that the trial Court has framed charges against the petitioners vide order dated 27.07.2024, and the matter is listed for recording of prosecution evidence on 20.02.2026. 5. In view of the above, this Court is left with no option but to dismiss the present CRMP for want of prosecution and default. 6. Accordingly, the instant CRMP is dismissed for default.
