1. Heard.
2. This petition has been preferred by petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned order dated 08.06.2026 is filled herewith as Annexure- P/1 passed by the learned Additional Collector, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur (C.G.) in Revenue Case No.56/B-121/2025-26 in the interest of justice. 2 10.2 This Hon’ble Court may further be pleased to pass an appropriate order or issue writ as deemed fit under the facts and circumstances of the case.”
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition has been filed for quashing of the impugned judgment dated 08.06.2026 (Annexure-P/1) and seeks direction to the concerned authorities to reconsider the case of the petitioner.

5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.
6. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of, directing petitioner to file an appropriate application while disclosing the fact before the authorities concerned regarding the order dated passed on 24.08.2022 by this Court in FA No.341/2018 and in turn, the concerned Collector is directed to reconsider the grievance of the petitioner in light of the
order dated 24.08.2022 passed by this Court by giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the respondents No.4 & 5 and to pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. In view of above, the impugned
order dated 08.06.2026 is liable to be and is hereby quashed and the matter is remanded back to the concerned Collector for reconsideration of the case of the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is allowed.
