The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chanpatiya P.S. Case No. 47/2026 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 191(3), 127(2), 115(2),118(1),117(2),109(1),111(2),351(2), of the BNS and Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner in the FIR and also the fact that petitioner has 14 criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail Patna High Court CR.
