The petitioners, through the medium of present bail application, are seeking bail in anticipation of their arrest in FIR No. 128/2026 for offences under Section 333/109/115(2)/351(2)/352/191(2)/74/3(5) of BNS registered with Police Station, Rajouri. 2. Vide order dated 12.05.2026 passed by this Court, the petitioners were extended concession of interim anticipatory bail, subject to the conditions contained in the said order. 3. The respondents have filed their objections to the bail application, in which, it has been submitted that after grant of interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners, they have co-operated with the Investigating Agency and have made themselves available before the Investigating Officer on 02.06.2026, 20.06.2026, 12.07.2026 and 01.09.2026. It has been further submitted that the investigation of the case is still in progress and the statements of some material witnesses are required to be recorded. Serial No. 19 2 Bail App No. 80/2026 4. In view of the fact that the petitioners are co-operating with the Investigating Agency, the interim bail granted to them vide order dated 12.05.2026 is made absolute, subject to the conditions contained in the said order. 5.
