The petitioner is an accused in connection with Bankmore P.S. Case No. 149 of 2025 corresponding to S. T. No. 499 of 2025. It has been alleged that the son of the informant was assaulted with a sharp-edged weapon by unknown persons which resulted in his death. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been implicated on the basis of suspicion on his self-confession. She further submits that there is no recovery of any incriminating material from the possession of the petitioner and save and except the said confession, there is nothing on record to indicate the culpability of the petitioner in the commission of the murder. She further submits that he petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 28.06.2025. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge XI, Dhanbad in connection with Bankmore P.S.
