No.83/2020. 2. Heard Sri. Narashimharaju, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner No.1; Sri. Spoorthy Hegde N., learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3; and Sri. V. Chandrappa, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.4. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on careful perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, it is forthcoming that the respondents 4 and 5 herein are claiming right over the subject land based on the judgment and decree dated 03rd March, 2012 passed in Original Suit No.135/2009 by the competent Civil Court. On perusal of impugned order dated 04th October, 2023 (Annexure-A) passed in R.P. No.83/2020, it is forthcoming that the respondent No.1- Deputy Commissioner had remitted the matter to the respondent-Revenue Authorities to effect mutation in the name of the respondent No.4 herein in respect of the subject land by - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010645692023 NC: 2026:KHC:36016 WP NO.27362 OF 2023 considering the relevant documents. In that view of the matter, I am of the considered opinion that, no interference be called for in this petition as the matter has been already remitted to the jurisdiction Revenue Authorities to take decision in the matter.
