Heard the learned Counsel for the parties. 3. Perusal of the record would go to show that charge sheet in the present case is filed in the month of October 2025. Petitioner had earlier approached this Court in Criminal Petition No.3000/2026 which was dismissed by this Court on 07.04.2026. The present petition is filed on 11.05.2026 i.e., after a lapse of 34 days from the dismissal of his earlier bail petition. According to the petitioner, his earlier bail application was withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition before the Sessions Court. Material on record would go to show that petitioner has not approached the Sessions Court thereafter.
