In paragraph No. 4 of the petition, it is stated that the applicant has VAIBHAV SINGH Digitally signed by VAIBHAV SINGH Date: 2026.01.22 12:14:14 +0530 2 one previous criminal antecedent in which he has already been granted bail by this Court in MCRC No. 8987 of 2024 vide order dated 02.01.2025; however, upon perusal of the said order, it appears that the bail was granted to the co-accused and not to the present applicant. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to file afresh. 4.
