2. At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the issue involved in this writ petition has already been decided by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in WPSS No. 257 of 2025, and affirmed by Division Bench in Special Appeal No. 245 of 2022. He, thus, submits that the present writ petition deserves to be decided in terms of aforesaid judgments.
3. Mr. Lalit Samant, learned counsel appearing for Uttarakhand Transport Corporation concedes that the dispute involved in this writ petition stands decided by Division Bench in Special Appeal No. 245 of 2022.
4. In view of the consensus between the parties, the writ petition is decided in terms of judgment rendered in WPSS No. 257 of 2025, as affirmed by Division Bench in Special Appeal No.245 of 2022.
