This Court notes its appreciation to the prompt action taken by the said Dorbar Kur and the Resolution dated 21-05-2026, wherein the 16 names have been suggested. The same are taken on record. 3. From the side of the applicant Lyngdoh also, few names have been suggested. 4. This Court at this juncture, will not pass any further orders but will leave it to the wisdom of the Kur and the Lyngdoh to decide on the final list of the persons belonging to the Niam Khasi, as per the names that have been supplied, to perform the rituals. 5.
