The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dhanwar (Parson O.P.) P.S. Case No.252 of 2022, for offence registered under section 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 IPC, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and altercation took place for pouring dirty water in the well. He next submits that allegation of assault is there against one Pankaj Yadav @ Pankaj Kumar and he has been granted anticipatory bail along with the co-accused Dwarika Yadav @ Dwarika Prasad Yadav in ABA No.4350 of 2023. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the 2026:JHHC:3344 2 allegations of assault are there. 5. Considering that the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail as aforesaid and there are general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons and the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph-10 of the petition, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within four weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Giridih, in connection with Dhanwar (Parson O.P.)
