Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) By way of present petition, the petitioner had sought implementation of the directions contained in the judgment dated 17.10.2025, passed in CWP No. 16305 of 2025, titled, Sonia Devi and others vs. State of HP and another. 2. The respondents have filed reply and submitted that the petitioners have been granted the higher scale of Rs. 37,600/- (Level-8, Cell-9), however, the arrears have not been released in favour of petitioners. 3. Learned Deputy Advocate General assures this 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Court that the arrears shall be released in favour of the petitioners within eight weeks from today. 4. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 17.10.2025, passed in CWP No. 16305 of 2025, titled, Sonia Devi and others vs. State of HP and another., has been duly complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is rendered infructuous and is disposed of.
