We accept the statement made by the counsel for the respondent no. 3 that petitioner shall be offered an opportunity of hearing based on the reply submitted by the petitioner to the show cause notice dated 30th January, 2024. 5. We make it clear that the petitioner shall appear pursuant to the show cause notice dated 16th April, 2024 based on the reply dated 27th March, 2024 before the authority on 13th April, 2026. 6. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to submit additional documents along with reply, if any. 7. Let the proceedings be concluded expeditiously and in any case within a period of three months. 8. The petition, as such, is partly allowed in above terms and disposed of accordingly along with pending applications, if any.
