This issue has been considered by this Court in W.P.No.541 of 2026 & batch, in its judgment, dated 01.04.2026. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of, in terms of the said order. 5. The goods, which have been detained, if any, shall be released, in terms of the said order. There shall be no order as to costs.
