Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking a direction upon the respondent No.2-Tehsildar, Tehsil Khatauli, District Muzaffar Nagar to take a decision on the representation dated 27.12.2025 stated to have been filed for issuance of English version of the Scheduled Caste Certificates, said to be already issued in favour of the petitioners. The caste certificates issued earlier in favour of the petitioners have been annexed as Annexure no.2 to the writ petition. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and appropriate direction may be issued to the respondent No.2 to consider the grievance of the petitioners. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without adverting into the merits of the case, we dispose off the writ petition permitting each petitioners to file detailed separate representation alongwith certified copy of this order before the respondent No.2-Tehsildar, Tehsil Khatauli, District Muzaffar Nagar within a period of one month from today. In case, any such representation is filed by the petitioners, the respondent No.2 shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date he receives the representation of the petitioners.
