The instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order of suspension dated 29.01.2026 passed by the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Anandpur Sahib (Annexure P- 1). 2. Learned senior counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the instant writ petition which is confined only to the quashing of suspension order dated 29.01.2026 (Annexure P-1). 3. Mr. Verma, learned counsel for the State, would state that during the pendency of the present writ petition in an appeal pending before the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Anandpur Sahib, District Ropar, has rejected the application seeking stay to the suspension order dated 29.01.2026. He wishes to challenge the said order as well along with the order of suspension already challenged in the instant writ petition. 4. Prayer is accepted. 5. The main writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to file afresh assailing the order of suspension against the same cause of action along with the subsequent order passed by the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Anandpur Sahib, District Ropar.
