1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today be kept with the records.
2. The petitioner’s application for transfer on medical ground is pending consideration at the end of the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Hooghly.
3. The instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the District Inspector of Schools to take necessary steps to consider the application for transfer made by the petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
4. If the Chief Medical Officer of Health certifies in favour of the petitioner, then necessary steps shall be taken by the District Inspector of Schools to immediately forward the application of the petitioner to the West Bengal Central School Service Commission for taking consequential steps in the matter in accordance with law at the earliest but positively
2 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of all documents from the District Inspector of Schools.
5. The fate of the petitioner’s application shall be made known to the petitioner immediately thereafter.
6. Suspension of the Utsashree portal will not stand in the way of the authorities from taking steps in terms of the order passed hereinabove.
7. The writ petition stands disposed of.
8. Parties to act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
