Learned advocate for the State points out that petitioner’s prayer was rejected by the Hon’ble Supreme Court on 09.02.2026 in Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No(s). 1867 of 2026. Having considered the fact that there has been no change of circumstances since the rejection of bail by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
