At the time of consideration of the writ petition, learned counsel for the State produces a copy of the instruction forwarded by the Inspector-in- Charge of Kotwali police station, Paschim Medinipur signed on July 16, 2026 wherefrom it appears that formal permission for observance of Ratha Jatra festival in accordance with the applicable rules and conditions has already been granted. 3. In view of the above, no further order needs to be passed in the instant writ petition. 4. The petitioner will be bound to comply with the terms and conditions mentioned in the permission granted for conducting the Ratha Jatra positively. 5. The writ petition stands disposed of. 6.
