The petitioner has filed a Correction Application (MCRC No. 3 of 2026) seeking rectification of the order dated 19.01.2026 on the ground that in paragraph no. 5 thereof, due to a typographical error, the words “Police Station–Pathri, District Haridwar” have been mentioned, whereas the correct description ought to be “Police Station– Chamoli, District Chamoli.” 4. Upon consideration of the averments made in the correction application, it is evident that the error pointed out is purely clerical/ typographical in nature and does not affect the merits of the case. Such an error deserves to be corrected in the interest of justice. 5. Accordingly, the Correction Application is allowed. In paragraph no. 5 of the order dated 19.01.2026, the words “Police Station–Chamoli, District Chamoli” shall be read in place of “Police Station–Pathri, District Haridwar.” [ (Alok Mahra, J.)
