Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner has emphasized on the factum that there has been seizure of 420 grams of brown sugar. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that other accused persons have faced the trial and were acquitted of the charges, thereafter petitioner was shown arrested on 12.03.2026. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that before there is another NDPS Act case against the petitioner. Having considered that the petitioner has been evading process of law, absconding and is a history-sheeter, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1334 of 2026 is dismissed.
