The petitioner herein has been convicted in C.C.No.130 of 2025 and sentenced to one year simple imprisonment on 29.05.2025. 3. The petitioner has also been convicted in C.C.No.95 of 2025 and sentenced to simple imprisonment for a period of six months. The petitioner has been convicted in C.C.No.98 of 2025 and sentenced to one year simple imprisonment. The petitioner has been convicted in C.C.No.185 of 2025 and sentenced to one year simple imprisonment. In all the three cases, the conviction orders have been passed on 15.07.2025 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam. 4. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction so that all these sentences would run concurrently along with the sentence passed in C.C.No.130 of 2025. 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 5. Taking into consideration the terms of Section 427(1) of Cr.P.C, this Court is inclined to allow the present petition. There shall be a direction that the sentences in C.C.No.95 of 2025, dated 15.07.2025, C.C.No.98 of 2025, dated 15.07.2025 and C.C.No.185 of 2025, dated 15.07.2025 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam, shall run concurrently along with the sentence passed in C.C.No.130 of 2025, dated 29.05.2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam. 6.
