All these applicants are praying for anticipatory bail in reference to First Information Report dated 12.02.2021 bearing Case Crime No. 59 of 2021 (Special Session Trial No. 05 of 2021) P.S. Kotwali Dehradun, District Dehradun, wherein, they have been implicated and chargesheeted for the offences punishable under sections 147, 323, 427, 452, 504 and 506 of IPC r/w section 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of the Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 5. Earlier the Coordinate Bench on 01.09.2025 granted interim bail to all the applicants subject to certain conditions. 6. Mr. Sandeep Sharma, learned A.GA. submits that on completion of investigation the charge-sheet has already been filed and the cognizance has been taken and during investigation the applicants never misused the conditions as stipulated in the interim order. 7. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration that the Coordinate Bench already granted interim protection by granting bail to all the applicants subject to certain conditions and the charge-sheet has already been filed and there is no any such material that the applicants misused the interim bail granted by this court on 01.09.2025, this court is of the view that the interim order of Coordinate Bench be made absolute. 8. In such view of the matter, since the charge- sheet has been field and the congnizance has been 2026:UHC:1494 taken the interim bail granted by the Coordinate Bench dated 01.09.2025 is made absolute. 9.
