Parties are present before the Court. Joint memo filed which reads as under:
“The petitioner and respondent settle the matter amicably with the well wishers and friends. The petitioner agreed to pay Rs.2,25,000/- on or before
06.06.2026.
WHEREFORE, petitioner prays that this Hon’ble Court be pleased to dispose of the matter as prayed for in the interest of justice and equity.”
2. Placing the memo on record, revision petition stands
disposed of.
3. The amount in deposit is ordered to be withdrawn by the complainant under due identification.
4. It is made clear that, if the amount as agreed in the memo is not paid, revision petitioner shall undergo imprisonment as ordered by the learned Trial Magistrate confirmed by the learned Judge in the First Appellate Court.
