On hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the materials on record, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 2 shall consider the representation dated 09.02.2026 filed by the petitioner which the learned counsel for the respondents submits is under due consideration and shall be noted upon very shortly and dispose of the same within a period of 30 days from the date of communication of this order. 2 3. It is clarified that the petitioner shall comply with all the legal requirements in respect of the petitioner’s prayer which the respondent no. 2 shall decide in accordance with law. 4.
