2 Hon’ble Shri Justice Rakesh Mohan Pandey Order On Board 27.7.2026 1) At the outset, learned State counsel submits that meeting of departmental promotion committee (DPC) was convened in the year 2025 for promotion against total 350 vacant posts of Head Master Middle School. He further submits that as per gradation list as on 1.4.2024, names of petitioners appear at S. Nos. 385, 528, 373 and 466 respectively, therefore names of the petitioners could not be considered. 2) At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to assail the subsequent orders issued by the respondent authorities. 3) No objection from other side. 4) Permission granted. 5) Consequently, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
