The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 32(2), 41 and 47 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is in custody since 19.05.2026 and allegation is of recovery of 784 litres of cough syrup from a pick up vehicle. 4. It is next submitted that is not the owner of the seized vehicle but then was arrested being driver. It is further submitted that the vehicle is a commercial vehicle and the owner books the vehicle for transportation, as such petitioner was not aware that what was loaded on the vehicle. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Ramkrishna Nagar P.S.
