However, State respondents are represented by learned advocate, who has filed a communication dated 20th July, 2026 of Inspector-in-Charge, Nabadwip Police Station and same is taken on record. Copy of the communication dated 20th July, 2026 is made over to the learned advocate representing the petitioner. 3. Since victim is recovered, writ petition is disposed of. 4.
