Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in the present writ petition is similar to the issue involved in WPS No. 820 of 2024 and other connected matters, decided by this Court vide order dated 20.02.2026. He prays that the present writ petition may also be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order. 2. Learned State counsel submits that she has no objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 4. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner and the no objection expressed by learned State 4 counsel, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 20.02.2026 passed by this Court in WPS No. 820 of 2024 and other connected matters. 5. Accordingly, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh comprehensive representation along with all supporting documents before the competent authority. In the event such representation is submitted, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same on its own merits, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of such representation. 6.
