In view of her health condition, she is not in a position to attend the school on regular basis. 2. The request of the petitioner for posting her at a school nearer to her residence was forwarded by the Secretary of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission to the Commissioner of School Education by a communicating letter dated April 28, 2026. The same is alleged to be kept pending. 3. Without entering into the merit of the claim of the petitioner, as it appears that a request from the Secretary of the Commission is pending consideration before the Commissioner of School Education, accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the Commissioner of School Education 2 to consider the request of the petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. 4. The fate of the petitioner’s application shall be made known to her immediately thereafter. 5. The writ petition stands disposed of. 6.
